One of international artistic committee advising on festival on programming, development work and in creating and leading international projects.

Director, pH2000, the pan-Highland Millennium Project, Highlands (1999-2000)
18 month long, Highland wide multi-disciplinary community project involving over 1500 people, culminating in huge festival showcase. Responsible for directing show, organising workshops, all artistic decisions, employing staff, and budgetary decisions.

The largest new writing festival in Scotland operating from the Bedlam and Traverse Theatres. A 9 month workshop programme leading up to 10 day festival presenting 25 new shows. My responsibilities included programming, script development and workshop planning.
